Double URLs with sliding header

I recently changed the hosting to Yahoo! and now the slider images will not display correctly. The slider image code is…

So, the http://www.workman-company.com/ is getting written twice. When I delete the first URL with a browser Inspect element tool, it correctly displays the header image. Any info on how to correct this would be great.
