    hi, I am using Yoast plugin to create a customized meta title for posts and pages. However the theme is also adding the site name on all posts and pages despite me customizing the title format in Yoast. SO, this is causing double titles on all indexed pages.

    Using the latest Yoast plugin version as well.

    How can I remove the sitename from my posts and pages’ titles please?

    To quickly check if it is a theme issue, please temporary activate WordPress default theme like twenty seventeen and check the titles. If it is not a theme issue, make a support thread at the official plugin forum.

    Title tag implementation in Iconic One is already as per the latest guidelines unless you are using a very old version of Iconic One.

    If it is a theme issue let us know and we will check it.
