double thumb generation?

Hi, I was digging into a conflict between our EWWW Image Optimizer and another plugin. While debugging the issue, I noticed that it appears thumbnails are being generated twice during new uploads. I don’t know if that’s intentional, but just thought you should know.

I also noticed that our main optimization function (ewww_image_optimizer_resize_from_meta_data) was running twice for new uploads, because we hook onto both sirsc_attachment_images_ready and wp_generate_attachment_metadata. I’ve fixed that and will include it in the next EWWW IO release, but the above issue persists.
