    Hi edo888,

    Hoping you have been well!

There’s an issue for which I wanted to check with you.

This issue happens sometimes on our website.
    https://www.molemaxsystems.com/

When the GTranslate menu drops down and a language is selected, sometimes the drop-down menu splits into two and both parts are able to scroll separately. This happened with me on Safari,Windows and I had a team member report the same issue for Chrome, Windows.

I have taken a screenshot of the same but I don’t have a place here to attach it. I could email it to you if needed.

It would be great to have your advise on why this could be happening and how we could fix this.

Please let me know if I should explain this issue further, in case I am not clear enough.

    Thanks so much.

    Hi,

I have checked, but was not able to see any issues.

I will not be able to help you if there is no way to see the issue consistently. So you need to do your homework first.

    Thanks! 🙂

    Hi,

    Thank you for your response.

I understand it may been hard to replicate the issue.

I was able to replicate it at my end right now with the below steps:
    1. Go to the website: https://www.molemaxsystems.com/
    2. Select a language, to translate the page and scroll the drop down menu.
    3. Select a language again.
    4. The drop down menu is having 2 scroll bars, which can scroll separately.

Will it help if I can send you screenshots for this issue.

    Looking forward to your help,
    Thanks so much!

    Hi,

I have checked and was able to see the issue.

I can see that in your HTML source code you only have one language switcher which is good. However when the page loads you have a script which generates the second sticky header and copies the language switcher code into it. This causes troubles, because our code is not designed to work with 2 language switchers, so when you click on one of them both open and you see them one on top of the other.

I have also noticed that when I scroll down I can no longer click on the language switcher and it does not open, most likely it is because when the switcher is copied, the click events attached to it do not get copied properly.

You need to work with your theme developer to get it solved, we cannot help you with it.

I would recommend to place the language selector using our Show floating language selector on top left or bottom left corner.

    Thanks! 🙂
