    I have double scroll lines on all pages except the home page and dashboard pages. On the cart page if change of address or country is activated the page won’t scroll using the mouse button but you can use the pointer to move the scroll lines. This only happens on computers not phones.

    I have deactivated all plugins except WooCommerce and the lines are still there. Any ideas? I’ve checked the shipping details, doesn’t seem to be anything there, anyway it’s on ALL the product pages, however they scroll using the mouse button anyway.

    I DON’T KNOW CODE …

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @esotericbookshop!

    Thanks for the detailed explanation. We’ve investigated this further and confirmed that the double scrollbar/extra space issue can occur when the navigation menu contains a large number of sub-menu items. We were also able to reproduce the issue with other menu items.

    We’ve reported this as a bug to the Storefront development team here:

    Storefront bug report #2222

    We recommend adding a comment to that GitHub thread as well. This will allow you to follow the issue and receive updates directly from the developers as they investigate and work on a fix.

    In the meantime, you can try the following CSS as a temporary workaround:

    @media (min-width: 768px) {
    .main-navigation ul.menu > li > ul,
    .main-navigation ul.nav-menu > li > ul {
    width: 600px;
    column-count: 3;
    column-gap: 0;
    }
    .main-navigation ul.menu > li > ul > li,
    .main-navigation ul.nav-menu > li > ul > li {
    break-inside: avoid;
    width: 100%;
    }
    }

    Please note that custom CSS is outside our standard support scope, so we cannot guarantee that this workaround will work correctly with your specific menu setup. If it doesn’t resolve the issue, you would need to wait for the bug fix or consider creating the menu using mega menu plugin, which may handle a large number of menu items differently.

    Thanks again for reporting this and helping us identify the issue.
