What is the url?
As far as I know you can only set the max width for the info windows ( which you can do on the settings page ), but not set a fixed width.

The URL is gishs.com/locations.
Is there a way to set a fixed height? The issue seems to be with vertical scroll bars rather than horizontal ones.
Here is a screenshot of the double scroll bars for reference: https://www.dropbox.com/s/zjj1iv9d2pk3f6l/SnipImage.JPG?dl=0
The scroll bars are added by the js loaded from Google itself. It’s a known issue that doesn’t seem to be resolved https://code.google.com/p/gmaps-api-issues/issues/detail?id=5713. I tried a few of the fixes that included css rules, but none of them really worked.
I think the quick solution for the double scrollbars would be to make the opening hours shorter. Maybe write Mon – Fri 8 to 4 and see if that removes the double scrollbar. It’s not ideal, but maybe it fixes it.
I will try some of other suggested fixes once I have more time.

Thank you for the response. I tried shortening the hours as you suggested, but the scroll bars didn’t go away. I haven’t been able to resolve it with CSS changes either. Please let me know if you are aware of or able to find any fixes for this.
What happens if you switch back to the default wp theme? Does it fix the scrollbars? Maybe something in your theme is interfering with the info windows.

Thanks! After switching back to Twenty Fourteen as you suggested, it does seem to be theme related. I have reached out to the theme developers.
I will try a whole different way of styling the info windows tomorrow. If you can email me at info at tijmensmit.com, then I can send you the modified version.
Even though in your case it seems to be theme related, the other way I could create the info windows will rule out it ever become a theme related issue again.
