Double Order with only mail input bug

Hi,
Initially, we encountered a problem related to incorrect refund amounts for cancellations in WooCommerce. To address this, we decided to update all relevant plugins and components.
However, since updating, we’ve noticed a new issue: in certain seemingly random instances, the system generates a duplicate order for the same customer. Interestingly, these duplicate orders only contain an email address and no other details.
Is this a known bug or issue within the WooCommerce and Germanized Pro combination? Any guidance or assistance would be greatly appreciated.
