Double Optin?

Hi there,
Thank you, for your plugin. I am just testing it on my local wampserver as a lead magnet.
I don’t know if this is possible, but is there a way to have the person double optin, before I send them the information? It is important because we have had issues before with people signing up others without their permission and that is spam.
One thing I really like about your plugin is the setting that says:
STOP people from duplicating their entries
We actually want people to be able to submit forms more than once, so they can get the new freebie. That was really nice to see.
