    Hello,

    Since the double opt in is required and I have no way to turn this off, is it possible for me to add it to my welcome email?
    So instead of people getting the opt-in confirmation email and THEN the welcome email, can I combine the two into my welcome email?
    If so, how can I do that?

    Unfortunately that option is not possible. When signup confirmation is enabled, all subscribers will be marked as “Unconfirmed” until they confirm their subscription via email. MailPoet does not send any other email to Unconfirmed subscribers, so the Welcome Email is sent only to those who have confirmed their subscription.
