Double <p> tags

I have been trying to fix this problem for a while. The pages and posts display fine, but if you look at the source, each one has right before the text for the post/page. I have two other WordPress installs that don’t do this. I’ve tried no stylesheet, different theme, but I always get the same result. Any help and/or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
