Double login url

Hi.

– First of all Thank you for creating such wonderful and useful plugin.

– After updating to version 2.2.1 when i change the login link, and try to open the login link it gives me doubel loggin url

example if the login url is
http://extreme.mk/?login
when i try to enter it redirects me to
http://extreme.mk/?login?login
and nothing happens.

My site is http://extreme.mk
and the plugin is now deactivated

please help
