double log in

    Hello all. I am new to WordPress and i would like some help!
    I managed to connect my wordpress with an AD and i use OTRS for ticket support system.
    The problem is that i force my users to log in to wordpress with AD username and password
    and when they go to support otrs they have to log in again there with the same user/pass!!

    My questions are : 1) if there is any plugin to do that for me ? (i didnt find anything yet )
    2) if i can log in with a url like otrs/customer.pl?Action=Login&User=user&Password=pass
