    Hello.

That is very weird and uncommon issue. There might be something with your database. Is that copy of some other site? How did you add properties to your site?

    Regards.

It’s the original site, not a copy. Properties are manually entered in from the WordPress Admin area. This is a site that has been working fine for quite sometime. I do recall this same issue about a year ago.

It was some issue with the plugin the developer fixed if I recall correctly.

Trying to find the help desk for the developer so I can send over my login details so they can take a further look.

    Thanks for your help.

So the issues seems to be the following… this is what I received back on 11/15/2016 when I was having the same issue…

    Hey Dave,

Not sure why, however if you use per_page= shortcode, the last property on the p[age will also be the first one on the next page, I took that out for now and trying to see if this is a bug or what is going on.

Will get back to you as soon as I get the answer.

Thank you for details. We will check what might be the issue and let you know as soon as possible.

Do you remember how that issue was solved last time? Do you have that issue with some default WordPress theme?

this was from the support staff Elena from back in 2016…

“Not sure why, however if you use per_page= shortcode, the last property on the p[age will also be the first one on the next page, I took that out for now and trying to see if this is a bug or what is going on. I went back in and added the per_page= and put in different numbers in and it worked. And as I was crossing my fingers I put in =10… and it works fine! ”

Not sure how to make that change she was referring to.

On this page, you have shortcode property overview with parameter per_page=12, it seems if you will change to 10 that will work for you.

The original issue of such behavior is not clear.
