our development team checked this issue, i`m afraid nothing we could do about it, because # sign is WooCommerce sequence sign, if you press edit order button you can see there no # there, invoices also set your setup order prefix.

So you’re saying this was a problem with Jetpack/Booster before, which you acknowledged and fixed, now it’s back but you can’t fix it anymore? What has changed and who needs to fix this? Woocommerce themselves?

what i`m trying to say, is that WooCommerce is using # for describe sequence. Not only in order numbers also to mark sequence of clients.

# is the same as num: or nr: and its not a part of a order number.
I understand that if you use # as custom prefix, it will appear as ## in order list, and view of that is discomfort. Does ## makes you more than only discomfort view?
