double folder after restore backup

    I need your help please
    my website was crashed so I did request restore backup from my hosting so they did

    after they restore backup I scan my website with Wordfence and find 47 files
    and all files with double folder ( I don’t had this before restoration my backup )

    support told me well you did restore your backup this from old version WordPress and if delete this folder then your website will crash again..
    Now Im not sure what kind folder its? and if I can delete this folder or not?

    rest-api_ appears to be the duplicate.

    Copy that directory to your computer, then delete it from the server. If there are no issues with the site, hang on to the local copy for a day or two, then get rid of it.

    I did remove folder and works just fine thank you
