Double messenger widget on my webpage

    Hello! I have been trying to set up facebook messenger for the last couple of hours. First it didn’t show up at all and then all of a sudden i got it to work , but there are 2 widgets (1 light blue and 1 blue) which leads to people having to close 2 messenger windows and getting 2 welcome messages. Can i please get some help at how to fix this ? I want to only leave one and be able to customize it for my needs.

    Edit : I have to mention that sometimes a lightblue messenger widget is on top , the other times its a default one. I see that when i change the position both widgets get moved so they are always on top of each other , but im still sure they are TWO widgets there. Please help !
