    Hi!

    Through the password reset form of the “profile builder” plugin, I entered my e-mail then clicked to reset my password, Then I received the same resetting e-mail for two times. Also, for admin e-mails I received every time double e-mail. Please help me to solve this problem.

    Hi,

    Can you please check if you have the reset shortcode placed twice on the same page (like in a widget and the main page?)

    Also, please try to create another page and add just the password reset shortcode and try again.

    Also, this looks a lot like a conflict with some other code, the first/next recommended step is the conflict test (ideally in a staging environment):

    ​​*Briefly* disable all other plugins and enable the default Twenty Twenty theme. Please also disable all add-ons. If this fixes the problem, as it probably will, enable everything one by one, checking each time to see when the problem returns.

    Please let us know when you find the conflict so that we can take a look and see what we can do about it.

    I tried with another theme (Twenty Twenty theme) and everything is fine.
    So, I contacted the admin of my theme used,
    It seems that the problem appeared when using the theme with the plugin “WPBakery Page Builder”.
    So, I created an html page without using classes of “WPBakery Page Builder” plugin, where I put the password reset shortcode and everything is fine, the problem solved.
