  • Hello, I have purchased the plugin using my credit card from your website but since your website was throwing an “Invalid code” error instead of payment confirmation, I used also Paypal and I was charged again. I have opened a ticket (six days ago) asking for a refund for one of the charges (anyone would be OK) but I have still not received a refund or even a reply. Please check.
