Don't work with 3.5.2 MultiSite

It’s don’t work with WP 3.5.2 MultiSite. He say it:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_get_current_user() in /home/username/public_html/wp-includes/capabilities.php on line 1451
And does’nt show my wordpress page. Please fix it.
