I just wanted to provide a quick follow up regarding this issue. We just released a new version of WPChat (v 1.1.1) that includes a fix related to chat visibility on some websites. When you have a moment, please update the plugin to the latest version and test it again on your site. We believe this update should resolve the issue you described! You may need to also clear any caches you have enabled on the site.
