Could you please let us know what’s your ticket number, so we’ll check the status and reason why you’ve not received our response yet? There’s no unanswered tickets, so it’s little bit difficult for us to understand which one was assigned to you?
P.S. Please don’t be offensive, there’s no scum. All the information you provide us is safe and is being used only for investigations. And is being deleted after investigations.
Okay I’ve taken your word that the logins i provided were not being used for malicious purposes and editing my previous post. Please can I suggest you stay in contact when investigating problems, even a standard mail saying you are still investigating as from a customers point of view it’s very concerning giving out WP & FTP access and then not hearing anything.
I can ensure you nobody in BackupGuard can use the provided information for malicious purposes. We appreciate your trust and that’s the number one priority for us to keep it. Could you please let me know your ticket number? So, I’ll check why you weren’t kept updated about the progress of investigations. Really sorry for any kind of inconveniences you’ve faced.
