Don’t sync products

I have had a Facebook business page for years.
I changed the website, so I made a new connection, but it doesn’t synchronize the products
I have already deleted the catalog from the previous website
I already deleted data sources from previous web page
The Facebook for Woocommerce plugin shows in the product sync tab: “Your products are being synced, 17 products remaining.” But it never ends.
When checking my product catalog in the sales manager it shows that I do not have any producerscan anybody help me?
