Don't show disabled products

    User Boye Walters from the Ecwid forum chimes in:

    In my opinion the default of the widget should be: not showing the disabled products.
    Because a widget is only used at the front end of the webshop and that is where you don’t want the disabled products to be available. But thats my opinion.
