Don’t optimize original image, just thumbnails

    Could you consider adding an option to not optimize the original image, but just thumbnails?
    In other words, extend the “Optimize thumbnails” option’s list of “original image”, so user can uncheck it.

    Neat plugin, thank you.

    Hello.

    Most likely, it will not be needed by anyone other than you. The original image is usually the largest and is optimized better than thumbnails.

    The thing is – user has complete control of the original image (can use any optimization tools when preparing the image for upload), but not so much control of all the thumbnails WP generates.

    And there’s where the plugin can help users like me, who can take care of their images on hard drive, but look for better method than default WP resampler.
