Don't have sufficient privileges

    So I just switched servers to bluehost cloud from siteground. I had someone on fiverr transfer all of my files for me, but now when i try to go to my wp-admin it says I don’t have sufficient privileges to access this page. Also, my page loads with lots of script errors.

    Please help. My site is here, you can see the page load and what it looks like.

    *Update* I can log in to wp-admin now, but the page load looks awful. I see a bunch of my text before the page loads completely.

    Any help would be great. Thank you in advance.

    Have you tried:
    – Flushing any caching plugins you might be running, as well as server and/or browser caches. Also, any op cache or content network cache, as well as Cloudflare, clear those caches.
    – deactivating ALL (yes all) plugins temporarily to see if this resolves the problem (plugin functions can interfere). If this works, re-activate them individually (one-by-one) to find the problematic plugin(s).
    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP.
    – switching to the unedited default Theme (Twenty Sixteen, etc.) for a moment using the WP dashboard to rule out any theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).
