I have 2.2.3. Where/How do I access the file?

Open it up in a text editor and find those lines to replace.
Thanks, but I just deleted the blog and recreated it.
For the future, can you give me an example of a text editor to use? I normally use FrontPage 2003 for web design but I don’t think I can edit .php pages with it, can I?
PS… I couldn’t find the page that you mentioned, that’s why I asked.

And it might be “pluggable.php” in 2.1.x + versions. Something like that. It’s mentioned in the comments on that article – the line numbers change for newer versions as well.
