I don’t get “woocommerce-notices-wrapper (shop system messages)” for some reason until I do something like add to cart. Can this be fixed somehow?

WPC AJAX Add to Cart for WooCommerce conflicts with Order Minimum/Maximum Amount for WooCommerce. I understand that you don’t have to fix it. But maybe you can help. Thank you.
