I downloaded this theme for my campaign website and it is the worst theme I’ve ever used.

1) It doesn’t allow you to remove the copyright from the bottom without paying.

2) There was an update and now I lost my top menu and can’t change the info on my top hero slider.

3) Customer service did respond but has not yet been helpful

Sorry for the inconvenience, but we haven’t removed any item in the update. Please kindly send your site URL and detail information about the issue. In terms of the slider editing with the transparent header, you need to select the slider by the navigation. Regarding the copyright text, you can change it through template-parts > site-info.php L13. But this step is not recommended because it can replaced in the theme update.
