Hi @javonbangs – the donor wall uses the Gravatar image for users/donors. Are your users primarily uploading a custom image for their avatar through BuddyPress?
I’ve tried both uploading a Gravatar image and also a Buddypress image, then making a manual donation and still it just displays my initials and no picture

A common problem with Gravatar is that you add an email address, and you upload a profile pic, but there’s a THIRD step: Associate the profile pic with the email address.
Can you confirm you’ve done that in your Gravatar account?
After you confirm, make sure you clear any and all caching you are using on your website.
