Donor Name on Recurring Donations

    On our recurring donations, we are losing the data in the donor name field. This is affecting our Salesforce integration, as the recurring donations are logged into Salesforce, they are being assigned to anonymous accounts, and we know those accounts are in Salesforce! Can you help us troubleshoot this?
