Donations Not Appearing

    When submitting a donation, the donation goes through on Paypal, but the donation does not show on the WordPress admin interface nor does it update the slider to show the amount raised. Nothing shows as pending, failed, or canceled either under Charitable > Donations.

    Just to confirm: You’re not seeing the donation listed at all under Charitable > Donations?

    Could you try disabling any other plugins you have installed and see if the issue goes away? Also try switching to one of the default themes like Twenty Seventeen to see if the issue might be related to your theme.

    Hi,

    Please suggest me the option for show donation entries of subscriber in subscriber dashboard that who can donate him and he/she donate to whom.
