Donations Not Appearing From Paypal

We had the plugin working perfectly back in July 2016, however since then we set up a new campaign and now the donations are making it to PayPal however no new donations are appearing under Charitable > Donations. We’ve tried disabling all plugins and changing the theme to default in order to check for conflicts and still couldn’t get it to work. Please help.
