Donation forms not displaying in all forms list

    We are having an issue where when we click “all forms” under the GiveWP plugin, none of the forms show up. We get an error saying “There was a problem retrieving the donation forms.”

    There was a message saying we needed to install an update, but when we backed up our DB and tried to update, it stays stuck on 0% and never moves.

    Hi there,

    Glad you reached out, I can help explain what you are seeing.

    This usually happens when there’s a javascript conflict on the page, usually meaning there is a plugin conflict.
    The workaround is to open the forms list via this link:
    https://yoursite.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=give_forms
    That is, without the “&page=give-forms” parameter at the end.

    Let me know if you find a conflict with another plugin or the theme.

    Regarding the database update, go to Donations -> Updates, and try to stop and restart the process. If you get an error message, go to Donations -> Tools -> Logs, click the eye button next to any “Update error” message, and copy/paste the entire error log in your next reply. This will give us more context to be able to help.
