Hi, I’m having trouble generating a key for my WP website.

The hosting company said that nothing is blocked with them. Tried on another site and it works there.

    Prints a message:

    Notice:
There was a problem with retrieving your Domain Key. Please click the Waiting for Approval button to retry.

There are two reasons why we might not be able to communicate with your domain:

    1) The POST callback to https://svadobnybazar.sk/wp-json/litespeed/v1/token failed.

    2) Our Current Online Server IPs were not allowed.

Please verify that your other plugins are not blocking REST API calls, allowlist our server IPs, or contact your server admin for assistance.:

When I insert the link into the browser, this message appears:
    {“code”:”rest_cannot_access”,”message”:”Only authenticated users can access the REST API.”,”data”:{“status”:401}}

    I have plugins like:
    Wordfence, Really Simple Security

I also tried turning off the plugins and it didn’t help.

I also entered the IP of the server.

    I also tried:
go to toolbar -> debug settings -> debug logna ON , log levelna Advanced , add litespeed/v1/tokendoDebug Include URI

go to toolbar -> view log, clear any existing log

go to general -> renew / request domain key

    It didn’t help.
Can you please advise me what could be the cause?

    Thank you

    Good check with the hosting
Please share a report number, report is generated from LSC => Toolbox => Report

Further tests you can try is:
    – disable Wordfence
    – Look for settings in plugins that would disable XML requests. Please allow these requests
    – from experience with other topics, please look for custom code that add would limit REST requests to authenticated users: theme or plugins

Keep me up to date, I would help you further

I entered the site and I see a password request. Try removing the limitations and than try generating domain key
