My WordPress domain name (hosted by WP but my site has a dedicated server) has apparently expired and there is no option to renew it in my WordPress account. I need a link sent to me to allow me to renew it as the site is currently offline as a result and I can’t get hold of anyone to help. Is this the correct forum?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

This is not the correct forum.
Domain names are purchased and renewed from a domain name registrar. You established a relationship with your registrar when you first obtained your domain. They will have been sending you renewal notices to you using the email address that you gave them at that time. Unfortunately there are various scams relating to fraudulent renewal notices, it is up to you to know which ones are from your registrar and hence are real. Your hosting is a different relationship, it may or may not be with the same entity as your registrar.
Suggest that you go through your email and account records.

Thanks Ross. I purchased it through wordpress.com and I never received email notifications. The notifications are in the dashboard of wordpress.com only and now my site has not been renewed and I can’t get hold of anyone at wordpress.com as there is now no option for me to renew in the dashboard either. I have emailed their support people and posted in the wordpress.com forum so hopefully I will get some help there. I’ll close this thread as it is dot com not dot org that I need help with.
