Doesnt work responsively

I am using this with beaver builder. On desktop and in a mobile preview window it works well. On an actual phone it does not, i selected the page builder theme type and whatever i do the background is transparent, i am using the beaver builder ui within the popup maker and applied the background to all breakpoint but it doesnt so anything. so frustrated
