Hi @idoubtit , thank you for writing this, and sorry the plugin let you down.
You were right. The scan ran through your whole site in a single request, and hosts cut that off after a minute or two on sites with a few hundred posts like yours. The account gives you our scanner at brokenlinkchecker.io, which handles sites that size, but the plugin’s own scan did not use it, so it failed the same way. And the support link in the Help page pointed to a page that did not exist. That one is on us.
Version 3.0.9, released today, fixes this. The scan now runs in short steps and saves its progress between them, so it completes on large sites. The support link opens a working contact page.
If you are willing to try again, I would be glad to check your site personally to make sure the scan completes.
