    The plugin is set up as instructed. Everytime there is a msg failure with code “instance invalidated”. Surprisingly the plugin works for whatsapp and there is no Whastsapp Support Number to chat with.

    Hello, we are sad to hear that you faced problem with our plugin, instance invalidated means you didn’t connect your whatsapp number or you put the wrong instance id or you logged out from the dashboard

    In tthis link dash.wamate.online/whatsapp_profiles make sure your number is connected

    And there is indeed whatsapp number for support in both Facebook page and website
