doesn’t work at first time, very nice support

    I found this plugin online and I became very excited because it´s something that was crucial for my project. I´ve got very frustrated after installation `cause didn´t work with my version. After open a ticket the support team release a new version some days later and now it´s working perfectly. Thanks and congrats for support team.

    It is a very strange review. Do we specify that this plugin works with BuddyBoss?

    Also, did you create any support ticket before reviewing?

    Your plugin is listed under BuddyBoss site as compatible with their solution, so let me know if it is or not.

    And you are right, I didn´t open a ticket and I´ll, if everything goes right I´ll also change my review.
