It’s very frustrating for us developers to continue to spend time and efforts supporting free versions of our plugins, when some people give “reviews” without even reaching out to us and letting us know they are having issues. I monitor the support thread regularly and do my best to resolve each and every issue.
If people continue to give 1 star reviews without even trying to find out how to use the plugin, I will simply remove the free plugin from the repository.
