Hi there,
I’m not sure to be honest.. Might be worth checking with the theme devs.
I don’t use that theme so I can’t be sure what’s happening.
Activate the twentyseventeen theme and see if it works again. If so, this means it is the theme you’re using.
They may have implemented some SVG functionality that conflicts with my plugin.
I’d love to know the outcome.
I will mark this as resolved since I imagine you figured it out, but please let me know if you have any updates on this issue.
I also am using the Avada Theme and Elementor Pro.
I can upload SVG-files to the media library, but the thumbnail is not visible.
If I open the SVG in the library I can see it (in a new browser tab).
Neither in WordPress nor in Elementor the SVG-image is appearing in the library to select as an image.
I tried tons of export parameters in Illustrator, but I cannot get SVG images working.
Please help! 🙂
Thanks,
Philippe
Hi @pql2017adm,
Please start your own threads instead of commenting on old ones, no matter how similar your issue may seem.
It sounds like the Avada theme implements SVG in a way that clashes with the library.
Please try using the twentyseventeen theme to confirm.
