    Hello, sending messages through the plugin has stopped working lately
    Using the latest version of the plugin and purchased smtp server

    When I send a test message, I receive it on the test mail, but on the mailing the plugin does not work correctly
    It either does not send messages at all, or sends, but very little (about 100 messages per day)

    I checked SMTP work through another plugin and sending there works exactly as it should, I have a limit of 2500 emails per hour

    None of the errors the plugin does not refer to, and send just hangs 0 of 500 messages

    So, if I am getting this right, you are using MailPoet with a third-party sending service and when sending a newsletter only a few of the emails are sent.

    Do you see any errors under MailPoet > Help > System Status? I am inclined to think that you are probably facing this situation: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/300-why-sending-is-paused-when-using-smtp In that case the next best step would be to contact your SMTP provider and check if they can shed some more light on this issue.
