    I’ve installed as per instructions. I’ve had a few sales since installing but none of the transactions come through to the GA dashboard.

    Hi @skwtayler,

    Thank you for writing to us!

    We did a quick check of the store & found that

    1) Your store is having child theme & as we have mentioned in the description & FAQs of the plugin, the free version is not fully compatible with the child/custom theme.

    2) you haven’t enabled “Add global site tracking code” from our plugin. We are using a new GA tracking method, gtag.js so you need to enable that option from the settings of our plugin.
