Doesn't install for a month this plugin

I paid this plugin from the website a month ago and I sent the email regarding to this plugin installation but I didn’t get any reply from the webite.

I tired so many time to install this plugin and there are no menu will be appear after installing on the left side bar and there is no any useful demo video or any documentation.I read all tha articles on the website and none of them is really useful at all.

I did download this plugin from the library and also tired to manually as well but still it doesn’t work. I paid the money and coudln’t use this plugin and any advice so feel getting frustrated.
