Is there any other cache layer active? When you clear cache in Swift, you should always get the uncached version with recent updates.
Also, for automatic prebuilding you need to enable Prebuild Cache Automatically in Settings->Caching->Warmup.
Hello, sorry to enter the conversation here. I have a similar problem with one site: the home page does not show the new post for visitors. I have to click on Clean Cache button and activate the Warmup to make it show.
Configuration : Twenty Seventeen, no other extension.

@li-an, did you put homepage in Settings->Caching->General: Clear Cache on Update Post by Page?

Prebuil cache automatically is selected but I don’t understand what page I should add in Settings->Caching->General: Clear Cache on Update Post by Page as the theme shows by default the last posts.

That´s depending on which page(s) you show last posts. Regarding to your initial post, it should be your homepage.
