Sorry to hear some emails aren’t getting logged consistently. This is usually caused by another plugin or your theme sending mail in a way that bypasses the normal wp_mail() hook.
A few things that would help us track this down:
- Which plugin(s) are sending the unlogged emails (e.g., contact form, WooCommerce, membership plugin)?
- Any errors in your PHP error log around the time an email log goes missing?
