    I was watching youtube video regarding your plugin.
    And I saw a comment from someone asking below question.
    Can you let me know if your app offer those function?

    1. specific link in specific email was clicked
    2. specific email was opened
    3. Contact has a special occasion like birthday
    4. Contact vists a specific page on my website (in GetResponse the triggers works even if the person is not logged in!)

    In addition it would be very important if there would be a way to filter the contacts by
    1. Clicked a specific link in a specific email
    2. Specific email was opend
    3. Specific tag was added within a specific time period
    4. Email was sent to the contact

    By the way, we sell our products on Etsy, and we have plan to sell on other platform, like Shopify, Amazon, Ebay, and Microsoft. Does your plugin can import email list from other plantform?

    Also I wonder if there is a way that we can text to customer with your plugin, or Is there a integrate texting plugin which we can use?

    Regarding your questions –

    1. There isn’t a direct option to track specific link clicks but you can use the Smartlinks feature to apply a Tag to a contact based on a particular link click.

    2. You can check if an email was opened or not.

    3. Currently, there isn’t any options to check the birthdays of any contacts.

    4. There isn’t any way to check if a contact visits a specific page on the website. This feature isn’t available in FluentCRM.

    Regarding, the additional questions about filtering, I will take those as feature requests.

    In case of importing lists from other platforms, you can import directly from other email marketing tools like Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, etc. But, for any other platforms, you can export the contacts in a CSV file and then update the header structure to match the supported CSV header structure for FluentCRM and after that, you can import the CSV in FluentCRM contacts.

    There isn’t any texting feature in FluentCRM at this moment. We will add this feature in the future.
