@ddierking Do you have a email type field inside your form? Normally, the dropdown should automatically show all fields of type email. Which Elementor Version do you use?
Thank you for your response. I was able to access the dropdown email field. I started with a new form, which resolved the problem. However, the verification code was not working. When I entered the verification code that was sent I receive a “Invalid Verification Code” message.
I got the verification code to work after disabling my LiteSpeed cache plugin. Is there a way to get it to work with the plugin?

I have only tested using W3 cache without problems. However, I cannot think of anything that could be affected by caching inside the Plugin. I will try to recreate the problem when I find time. With cache enabled, does the code get send, but is not recognized by the form or what is happening?
Happy holidays
I got the plugin to work with the LiteSpeed cache by resetting the LiteSpeed to its default settings. However, if I make changes to the settings, it won’t work. I’ll get an “Invalid Verification Code” even though I entered the sent code. I haven’t narrowed down the setting causing the problem.
