Does using Cloud flare reduces server response time

    I m using wp-total cache plugin along with cloud flare in my blog. It seems like my site tries to hit the server very slowly once it hits it loads in a fraction of second. And i made a page test in https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/ it tells me to reduce the server response time to below 200ms.

    At times there is problem loading with pages it only shows half of the page. pls someone help me to resolve this

    Hi,

    We will help to some degree by caching. If you have backend server issues, or if you are on shared hosting, then there’s really not much we can do to fix those issues.

    By the way i use VPS server with hostgator. Now i get even more problems like Google fonts not displaying, wp-admin page shows error http request and sometimes it shows host error but my other sites in same server without cloudflare works good.

    I have made ticket request. Pls make me resolve this.
