Does string disable only page optimization?

Hello,

On this page https://docs.litespeedtech.com/lscache/lscwp/ts-optimize/ it is described how one can use the string /?LSCWP_CTRL=before_optm at the end of an URL to temporarily disable page optimization.

Does this string also disable cache for the page, or does it only disable page optimizations like minify etc. ?
